Client Contract Agreement
Thank you for your interest in choosing Timeless Artistry hair/makeup services for your special event! This contract must be signed and submitted with a non-refundable deposit of 50% of balance within 5 days from when the contract is sent in order to secure the service date and rates, which may be subject to change. The complete balance will be due 30 days before the event date. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have. I look forward to working with you. POLICIES & TERMS
THIS CONTRACT is an agreement between the person(s) whose name appears in this contract [hereinafter referred to as the “Client”] and Timeless Artistry by Angelina. THIS CONTRACT is entered into on the date signed and submitted.
BOOKINGS: To secure a date, a signed bridal contract with a 50% deposit of total balance is required. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. This deposit will be put toward the client’s total event day balance. The remaining balance will be due 30 days before the day of the event. Payment will be done via Venmo. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated. (NOTE: bridal trials and deposit fees are two separate costs.)
CONSULTATIONS: Consultations are available for brides as well as their bridal party members, including but not limited to: bridesmaids, mothers of the bride and groom, grandmothers, extended family members, guest speakers, etc.
NOTE: Additional consultations must be scheduled on the same day as the bride’s consultation in order to avoid an additional travel fee.
DELAYS: A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if the scheduled makeup application exceeds the allotted time due to client delays.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: Makeup will be completed to the client’s satisfaction, and acceptance of the completed makeup application is acknowledgement by the client that the makeup is done to the client’s satisfaction.
PARKING FEES: Any parking fees, valet or toll fees incurred by artist(s) must be reimbursed in cash or via Venmo upon artist(s) arrival on the day of the event.
TRAVEL FEES: Travel within 48 miles of Modesto, California is completely free of charge. A mileage fee
($0.58/mile roundtrip) will be charged for locations outside of the 48-mile radius of Modesto, California.
Travel fees will apply for Bay Area weddings starting from Pleasanton CA.
*Travel fees apply for all pre-event makeup consultations as well as day-of appointments.
In the event the address of location changes after contract is signed, the travel fee may change. Any difference in cost is due before services are rendered on the same day.
EARLY START FEES: Early Start fees of $100 for wedding/events between 5:00am-6:30am.
Early Start fee of $100 for wedding events earlier than 9:00am for Bay Area locations on weekdays only.
Early Start fees or "sunrise" fee of $300 for Yosemite weddings with a start time earlier than 5:00am
*If start time is earlier than 5:00 for Bay area locations, Artist will need lodging. An additional charge of $200 fee will be added to accommodate lodging per room. Additional lodging fee may increase depending on number of artists needed to complete services within the given time frame. If so, there will be 2-3 artists per room.
Yosemite Wedding peak seasons require artist lodging for weddings with service start before 9:00am.
PARK FEES: Yosemite weddings are charged a$30 for park entrance fees.
MINIMUM FEES: Services minimum- $300 service minimum from Mon-Thurs, $500 service minimum from Fri-Sun.
Yosemite Service minimum - $675
ADDITIONAL ARTIST FEE: Large parties require additional artists to meet timelines. A $100 artist fee may be added to meet your time requirements.
LIABILITY: All brushes, tools, and makeup products are sanitized between every makeup application. Any allergies and/or skin conditions should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction.
Client(s) agree to release Timeless Artistry by Angelina and any and all of its representatives or agents from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
PAYMENT: All payments including non-refundable deposits are paid via Venmo to @Angelina-Munoz-2 . The final balance is due 30 days before the day of the event — no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) whose name(s) appear on this contract.
In the event services want to be added on the day of the event, and all contracted services have been completed, Timeless Artistry by Angelina will only accept cash as payment, and will be due before services are rendered.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the client’s reserved date or the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract.
Bridal Trial deposits are non-refundable and client may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Services are non-refundable when cancelled the day of the event, but are transferrable to another person in the wedding party at the same location on the same date.
In the event adjustments are needed in the contract that has already been submitted, a one-time adjustment will be done free of charge; any subsequent change(s) will result in a $50 processing fee that will be added to the final balance.
In the unforeseen circumstance where one of our artists is forced to cancel due to death, death in the family, extreme illness, another artist will be sent as a replacement. In the rare case no artists from our team are available, the client will receive a refund for services not completed.
In addition, if any unforeseen circumstances such as unpredictable catastrophic natural disasters or man- made tragedies such as terrorism, prohibit services from being rendered, client will receive a refund for services not completed.
PHOTO RELEASE: Timeless Artistry by Angelina may use on its website - and / or in any social media, brochure, flyer or other advertising it deems necessary - any and all photographs, video, audio, and any other digitally or chemically stored media that is captured or recorded by Timeless Artistry and any and all of its representatives or agents. Client(s) agree to release any and all claims regarding use of his / her image for such purposes. Client(s) also agrees to release name and contact information of professional photographers and / or videographers used for recording any event for which the hair/makeup artist has been contracted to do hair/makeup. Client(s) agree to release to Angelina Munoz use of said photographer / videographer photographs and recordings.
This signed agreement serves as a release to client(s), photographer / videographer and authorizes them to release to Timeless Artistry and its owners, agents, and employees any photographs / recordings to use on any promotional materials Angelina Munoz deems necessary.
